I represent clients in criminal cases - both as a defense attorney and as a representative of the injured party, witness, subsidiary prosecutor and private prosecutor. I support people in difficult life situations, regardless of their situation - I believe that everyone has the constitutionally and statutorily guaranteed right to defend themselves, their rights and truths. After reviewing the case, I develop an action strategy and discuss further steps with the client. I attach great importance to ensuring that the client always has up-to-date information about his case and thus I care for his inner peace.
I represent you at every stage of criminal proceedings:
In preparatory proceedings -
both before and after the charges are presented
In court proceedings –
I appear before:
- District and District Courts as the first instance,
- District and Appeal Courts in appeal proceedings,
- Supreme Court in cassation cases.
In enforcement proceedings –
including in cases of postponement and break in the execution of a prison sentence, electronic monitoring, conditional early release, or in the scope of a joint sentence.
I also appear in cases
- penal and fiscal,
- misdemeanors,
- and I represent minor perpetrators of prohibited acts.
